Work on site

Dan holds the everyday work together

The student home does not run through an abstract organisation. It depends on specific work: supporting, repairing, providing, deciding and being available.

Work that should not disappear into the background

Dan organises daily operations on site, with Susan sharing the care work. The sections below keep that responsibility distinct from Dan’s private circumstances.

What the original image actually shows

The photograph documents a supply area on the grounds. It is not a portrait of Dan and is not staged as one.

The personal situation — kept separate

According to the project owner, Dan lost his former job as a night guard. His current income is not enough to support the family securely, and the private house remains unfinished. Details about a current employer deliberately do not belong on this project website.

Two needs, two separate routes

The published Buy Me a Coffee route is intended solely for the student home's ongoing costs. Dan's private house is separate and has no payment route on this website.
